Happy Monday readers! I've brought you a smoothie recipe this morning as I am in need of a boost and some clean food after eating sweets and chocolate all weekend. This can be made as a breakfast smoothie as it includes milk, or just a refreshing drink between meals. I love cherry bakewells so I'm happy I can find alternative ways of feeling like I'm eating sweets by making smoothies, which are packed with goodness!
Ingredients you will need to make your own:
Fresh/Frozen raspberries 1 Handful
Almond milk 150ml
Maple syrup (or honey) 1 tbsp
Almonds Small handful
Almond flavouring 1 tsp
